Paul R. Cope, President
Mr. Cope is responsible for leading the strategic development and vision in his role as President. During his three decade tenure with the company, he has played an integral role in developing viable software solutions across a range of markets including library, publishing, aerospace and manufacturing. Previous to his current responsibilities as President he successfully directed the development effort of the AGent platform as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Prior to acting as CTO, he was involved in a variety of different capacities throughout the organization including development, project management, marketing and operations. Mr. Cope holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Production/Operations Systems with a minor in Computer Science, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Albert Flores, Vice President of Sales
Mr. Flores has a track record of more than 20 years in successful
software sales, project management and administration focused
on providing library automation solutions for a variety of market
verticals. Prior to acting as Vice President of Sales, he was
involved in a variety of different roles throughout the organization
including project management, system administration and marketing.
His team’s sales efforts have resulted in AGent products being
implemented in more than 10,000 libraries throughout North America
throughout his tenure with the company. Additionally, Mr. Flores
has been involved in some of the company’s largest resource sharing
system sales, including implementations in Texas, Wisconsin, Kansas,
Mississippi, New Jersey and Oklahoma. Mr. Flores holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Management from Azusa Pacific University
and a Masters of Arts (MA) in Organizational Management from Azusa
Pacific.
Eric Jung, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Jung has over 23 years of library automation experience. Mr.
Jung originally joined A‑G in 1980 as a product manager.
In 1984 he was promoted to Vice President of Library Services
and was responsible for all operational aspects of the company’s
library services including legacy system migration, authority
control, computer operations, online services and catalog production
which covered COM and CD-ROM products. He left A‑G in 1991
to join SIRSI Corporation as Director of Customer Service. SIRSI
is a supplier of Library Automation Software. At SIRSI, he established
the company’s customer training programs, system implementation
and support organizations. Mr. Jung rejoined A‑G in 1997
as Vice President of Operations. His responsibilities cover all
library project implementation, project management, software quality
assurance, customer training, and customer service. In addition
to his primary responsibilities he is also the Product Manager
for the company's ILS product which includes OPAC, CIRC, CAT,
Serials, and Acquisitions modules.
Mary E. Jackson, Product Manager, Resource Sharing
Ms. Jackson is an internationally recognized authority on interlibrary
loan, document delivery, portal applications in libraries and
resource sharing issues. She has published over 100 books, articles,
reports, books reviews and columns; has consulted for over 100
libraries, consortia, and networks; and has given presentations
and workshops in the U.S., Canada and over 15 other countries.
As the Product Manager for Resource Sharing, Ms. Jackson is responsible
for leading the development efforts for Auto-Graphics' AGent Resource
Sharing™ product. Prior to joining Auto-Graphics, Ms. Jackson
spent 13 years with the Association of Research Libraries (ARL)
in Washington, DC in a variety of roles, most recently as the
LibQUAL+® Services Manager and the Director of Collections and
Access programs. Prior to her affiliation with ARL, Jackson managed
the Interlibrary Loan Department and served in other positions
at the University of Pennsylvania Libraries in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Ms. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Arts from Carroll College and
a Masters of Science (MS) from Drexel University.
Gary Gilliam, Programming Manager
Mr. Gilliam has over 37 years experience working in the IT field.
He joined Auto-Graphics in 1984 and is responsible for managing
and directing all facets of the software and development team.
Mr. Gilliam’s experience combined with his technical know-how
and superb management skills have contributed greatly to the evolution
and growth of the AGent platform which is currently utilized in
over 5,000 libraries in North America.
Oliver Weiler, Manager of Computer Operations
Mr. Weiler has more than 19 years of system and network administration
experience. He has a degree in computer science from the University
of California, Riverside, graduating with honors. Mr. Weiler joined
A-G in 1997 and has rebuilt the networking infrastructure and
currently maintains the servers and networking equipment that
keeps customer services functioning reliably. He is now responsible
for database administration of all databases housed within A-G's
servers. As the Manager of Computer Operations, he guides his
group of system administrators to maintain uninterrupted "24/7"
operation.
Kim Masterson, Marketing Manager
Kim Masterson has successfully managed marketing, client services
and communications programs both internationally and domestically,
for nearly a decade. Previously Ms. Masterson worked in a high-technology
marketing agency, Blue Mine Group, and was directly responsible
for developing and executing a range of go-to-market programs
for a portfolio of emerging technology companies – including software,
RFID and simulation modeling. Prior to Blue Mine Group she was
the global marketing and client services manager for Prestige
International, a global provider of business process outsourcing
services. She has a degree in Business Management from San Francisco
State University.

Robert S. Cope, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Cope formed Auto-Graphics, Inc. to exploit new technology
that he developed to produce computer schematics for the space
program. Mr. Cope is a graduate of Occidental College with a BA
degree in International Relations. In 1969, Mr. Cope took Auto-Graphics
public and has since managed the reinvention of Auto-Graphics
through print, microfilm, microfiche, CD-ROM and Internet based
technologies, while expanding the company from its traditional
publishing roots into the library services business.
Thomas J. Dudley
Thomas J. Dudley, Ph.D., is a shareholder and has been a director
since July 2002. Dr. Dudley is also Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Dr. Dudley is the Distinguished Professor of Decision and Information
Systems at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, CA. and has been
associated with Pepperdine since 1968. He was the founder and
principal instructor for the Pepperdine Executive Management Program
(providing continuing education for key executive officers). Dr.
Dudley is also the founder and a principal of Thomas J. Dudley
& Associates, a firm providing management consulting services
since 1968. Dr. Dudley has also served as a director for Space
Labs Medical, Inc. (a NASDAQ company) engaged in the medical equipment
and instrumentation business.
Larry Hebert
Mr. Hebert joined Auto-Graphics in 2007 as a director, with the
goal of assisting the Company in expanding its products and technology
into new commercial markets. His professional expertise focuses
on sound financial management, niche marketing, assessing industry
and competitive environments and personnel alignment. He brings
experience and extensive contacts in the high-technology sector
as well as a solid background to his new position which includes
an MBA from The Graziadio School of Business and Management at
Pepperdine University and a BA from California State University
at Sacramento.
