Auto-Graphics, Inc. became a publicly traded company (AUGR) in 1969, nineteen years after its beginnings as a provider of services to the publishing industry. In May of 2004, the Company filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") to terminate the registration of its common stock under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and suspend its reporting obligations under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Act. The termination became final in August 2004. Stock market quotations for Auto-Graphics' common stock will continue to be reported on the Pink Sheets LLC at Pinksheets.com under our ticker symbol "AUGR"
