Since 1960, Auto-Graphics has provided state-of-the-art solutions for professional publishers. In the 1970's the company found a natural parallel for its existing database management business and began to provide information technology services to libraries and library consortia. Today, Auto-Graphics and its sister company, A‑G Canada, Ltd. boasts one of the largest bibliographic record databases in the world and serves over 5,000 libraries via the Internet. The combined experience of the Publishing and Library Services Divisions make Auto-Graphics a world leader and technology driver in the field of web-based content and database management.

In May of 2004, the Company filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") to terminate the registration of its common stock under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and suspend its reporting obligations under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Act. The termination became final in August 2004. Stock market quotations for Auto-Graphics' common stock will continue to be reported on the Pink Sheets LLC at Pinksheets.com and may also be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board at http://www.otcbb.com under our ticker symbol "AUGR.PK"
