Red Bank Catholic High School, NJ contracts with Auto-Graphics, Inc. for “My Library Portal”, a local version of the AGent™ Portal’s single login and single search capabilities. Red Bank Catholic (RBC) has recently finished constructing its completely computerized media center. With My Library Portal, Purchased through Auto-Graphics’ My Library Portal Program, a local version of the state-provided JerseyClicks portal, RBC students will now be able to access and simultaneously search up to 10 individual library resources in addition to those provided through the by the state’s JerseyClicks portal. Established in 1879, RBC is a college preparatory school that strives to ensure students receive the best education possible. Auto-Graphics Completes 3rd Annual User Group Conference, held at Kellogg West, California Polytechnic University, near company headquarters in Pomona, CA from September 21-25 2004. Auto-Graphics’ User Group is comprised of state level administrators from state consortia programs and academic institutions representing a variety of different libraries including state, academic, public, school, and consortia. This year’s Conference served as a discussion forum for portal, ILS, and other product related topics. During the Conference, customers demonstrated how Auto-Graphics' products are being implemented in their libraries. Key decision makers also provided invaluable input and suggestions for future product enhancements.
Godfrey Memorial Library, CT contracts with Auto-Graphics, Inc. for My Library Portal, a local version of the AGent™ portal’s single login and single search capabilities in order to convert its web site into a genealogy portal. Godfrey’s patrons will now be able to simultaneously search multiple individual library resources in addition to those provided through the state’s iCONN portal and can also access outside resources using the Z39.50 protocol. The Library has also purchased the AGent™ Authentication module in order to provide member patrons with off-site access to its resources, 24 hours, 7 days a week. Godfrey Memorial Library was founded by Fremont Rider in 1947 as a free public library of books, pamphlets, periodicals and other materials in the fields of American biography and genealogy. The Library’s list of titles include a number of genealogies and reference books and indexes, including the 226 volume American Genealogical-Biographical Index (AGBI), the largest genealogical reference set ever published.
Ontario College of Art & Design, Ontario Canada contracts for the AGent™ portal federated search software in order to provide single login and the ability for its students and faculty to simultaneously search multiple databases, greatly simplifying and improving online access. The Ontario College of Art & Design (OCAD) is Canada's largest university of art and design, with a specialization in creativity and innovation. Established in 1876 by the Ontario Society of Artists, the College was originally known as the Ontario School of Art, and was incorporated as the Ontario College of Art in 1912. The College was the first of its kind in Canada to be dedicated exclusively to the education of professional artists in fine and commercial art. In 1996, it was renamed the Ontario College of Art & Design. Today, OCAD is the third largest of the approximately 40 professional art and design universities in North America.
Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, DC contracts with Auto-Graphics, Inc. for the AGent™ OPAC feature, as its current ILS vendor could not provide this capability. The DIA selected AGent for its ability to provide a state-of-the-art system to meet the needs of a moderately sized research facility and library. The DIA is a Department of Defense combat support agency and an important member of the United States Intelligence Community. With over 7,000 military and civilian employees worldwide, DIA is a major producer and manager of foreign military intelligence. The Agency provides military intelligence to warfighters, as well as defense policymakers and force planners in the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community, in support of U.S. military planning and operations and weapon systems acquisition.

L.E. Philips Memorial Public Library, WI contracts with Auto-Graphics, Inc. for the AGent™ Authentication, Portal, and Statistics modules to improve the quality of services offered to its patrons. With the AGent Portal module, L.E. Philip’s patrons can simplify their search process by accessing multiple databases simultaneously and view results through a single search interface. Using AGent’s Authentication module, patrons can access the library’s resources from within the library, or remotely from home or work. The AGent Statistics module will provide the library’s staff with tools to manage the library’s resource usage activity, important for when it’s time to renew subscription resources. L.E. Philips Memorial Public Library serves the community of Eau Claire, Wisconsin and is the largest public library in west central Wisconsin. L.E. Philips is a resource library for the Indianhead Federal Library System that provides libraries in 10 west-central Wisconsin counties with access to online subscription databases and other resources. It is also a charter member of the MORE consortium of libraries.
