East Hampton Public Library in East Hampton CT, goes live on AGent VERSO™ ASP services. The library migrated from a Dynix system. Auto-Graphics transferred bibliographic, item, and patron records, and all current circulation transactions were exported from the Dynix system and applied to the VERSO™ ASP system.

Dowagiac High School in Dowagiac, MI, goes live on AGent VERSO™ ASP services. The library migrated from a Follett system and is part of the Southwest Michigan Library Cooperative.

Ransom District Library in Plainwell, MI, goes live on AGent VERSO™ ASP services. The library migrated from a Winnebago system and is part of the Southwest Michigan Library Cooperative.

Hunterdon County Library, NJ contracts with Auto-Graphics, Inc. to upgrade the bibliographic records for each of the13 libraries in the county's ILS system to meet current MARC 21 standards, including the North County Branch in Clinton, the South County Branch in Ringoes, a Bookmobile which services towns throughout the county, and seven affiliated libraries. After thorough review, the Library selected Auto-Graphics for its detailed project guidance and extensive experience in processing bibliographic records. Opened in 1972, Hunterdon County Library strives to serve the County with its growing needs, as well as keeping pace with technological improvements. East Hampton Public Library, CT contracts with Auto-Graphics, Inc. for AGent VERSO™ ASP hosted services, and will be migrating from a Dynix system. The Library selected AGent VERSO for its attractive value versus competitive products, and for its patron-centric OPAC. The East Hampton Public Library provides the community with open access to reliable information resources, services, and representative blends of quality educational and current leisure materials. Thunder Bay Public Library in ON, Canada contracts with Auto-Graphics for AGent Portal™ ASP hosted services. With this federated search tool, search results are organized by relevancy for easy organization and management of reference database content. The Library also purchased the following optional AGent services: Remote Server Patron Authentication (RPSA) which uses SIP2 authentication for remote patron access to the Library's e-resources; Advanced Statistics, with numerous canned reports for justifying the use and value of the Library's resources; and My AGent customization, for patron personalization of the search experience. The Library has also purchased the ability to customize AGent Portal to match the "look and feel" of its web site and to control the manner in which the resources are displayed. Dowling Public Library in Hastings, MI, goes live on AGent VERSO™ ASP services which represents the library’s first automation system. Auto-Graphics also generated smart barcodes for the library which were included in the initial load of the library database. Dowling Public Library belongs to the Woodlands Library Cooperative.

Auto-Graphics Completes ISO ILL Interoperability Testing with RLG

Millington Arbela District Library in Millington, MI, goes live on AGent VERSO™ ASP services. The library migrated from a Sagebrush Winnebago Spectrum system and is part of the White Pine Library Cooperative.

Bullard Sanford Library in Vasser, MI, goes live on AGent VERSO™ ASP services. The library migrated from a Sagebrush Winnebago Spectrum system and is part of the White Pine Library Cooperative.

Natural Resources Canada -Energy, Minerals, and Metals Information Centre (EMMIC) contracts with Auto-Graphics for AGent™ Portal federated searching using the company’s ASP hosted service for each of its three libraries. Other features purchased include basic & advanced statistics, basic & advanced Z39.50 for searching “Z” targets as local OPAC systems, user authentication via IP address, “My AGent” for user customization of certain functions and features, and multilingual capability for conducting searches in English or French. EMMIC provides library and information services to the Energy Sector, Minerals and Metals Sector, Corporate Services Sector and Executive offices in Canada, as well as information to other libraries via interlibrary loan, and to outside institutions and the public.
