Wisconsin Selects Auto-Graphics' AGent Resource SharingTM Interlibrary Loan System
Clay Center Carnegie Library in Clay Center, KS, contracts with Auto-Graphics for Hosted License implementation of AGent VERSO™ services to provide for the start-up of its first integrated library system. Clay Center Carnegie Library is a full participant in the AGent software-based Kansas Statewide Resource Sharing initiative (KICNET). However, it was one of a group of communities in north centralKansas that lacked an automated integrated library system. Clay Center Carnegie Library serves the residents of Clay Center and the surrounding area of Clay County, Kansas. The historic Clay Center Carnegie Library in which the library collection is housed was completed in 1912 and currently serves approximately 1,600 registered library card holders.
Frankfort City Library in Frankfort City, KS, selects Auto-Graphics for a Hosted License implementation of AGent VERSO™, ILS services to provide for the start-up of its first integrated library system. The Frankfort City Library is a full participant in the AGent software-based Kansas Statewide Resource Sharing initiative (KICNET). However, it was one of a group of communities in north central Kansas that lacked an automated integrated library system. The Frankfort City Library serves the residents of Frankfort City and the surrounding area of Marshall County, Kansas. The library currently serves approximately 700 registered library card holders.
Marysville Public Library in Marysville, KS, contracts with Auto-Graphics for Hosted License implementation of AGent VERSO™ services to provide a complete ILS replacement for its legacy Winnebago (now Follett) Spectrum system. Marysville Public Library serves the residents of Marysville and the surrounding areas of Marshall County, Kansas. The library currently serves approximately 5,500 registered library card holders. This AGent VERSO service implementation involved the migration and authority control of approximately 29,105 bibliographic records; item and patron information from the legacy system to the new web-based AGent VERSO ILS.
Waterville Public Library in Waterville, KS, contracts with Auto-Graphics for Hosted License implementation of AGent VERSO™ services to provide for the start-up of its first integrated library system. The Waterville Public Library is a full participant in the AGent software-based Kansas Statewide Resource Sharing initiative (KICNET). However, it was one of a group of communities in north centralKansas that lacked an automated integrated library system. The Waterville Public Library serves the residents of Waterville and the surrounding area of Marshall County, Kansas. The library currently serves approximately 500 registered library card holders.
The following libraries have implemented AGent VERSO™ for their Web-based OPAC, circulation, cataloging and administrative modules:
- Greenwood-Leflore Public Libraryand Jodie Wilson Branch Library in Greenwood, MS serve a population of over 36,000, with a collection of over 60,000 titles.
- Humphreys County Library System in Belzoni, MS with two branches serving a population of over 10,000 has a collection of over 40,000 titles.
- Marks-Quitman County Library System has two branches, the central branch in Marks and a branch in Sledge, MS, serving a population of over 9,700. The collection contains over 12,000 titles
- Noxubee County Library System has three branches: the central branch in Macon, MS and branches in Brooksville and Shuqualak, serving a population of over 12,000. The collection contains over 17,000 titles.

Auto-Graphics Inc. Appoints Mary E. Jackson as Product Manager
Miller Library of McPherson, KS has adopted AGent VERSO™ as its new integrated library system beginning with the 2006-07 academic year. This easy-to-use online catalog makes available many new features, including patron status review and online holds and requests. Its federated searching function will allow McPherson College users to search EbscoHost's Academic Search Premier at the same time they search the catalog. McPherson College's Miller Library has over 90,000 volumes and electronic access to over 20,000 full-text journals. Built in 1970, the library now features computer workstations for student use and a coffee lounge area. McPherson College is a private, 4-year college in McPherson, Kansas, offering liberal arts and career-oriented education. Central Christian College of McPherson, KS is pleased to announce the migration of the library software in Briner Library from Spectrum to AGent VERSO™. This is a great leap forward for the library staff and patrons. With the AGent VERSO platform, the library collection is now web accessible, along with the inclusion of federated searching across the library collection of books, eBooks and databases. The staff is excited to begin instruction to the college community, with great anticipated results. Central Christian College is a private four-year liberal arts college, with association to the Free Methodist Church. It offers 16 majors, 20 emphases, and 38 minors in the areas of religion, business, science and liberal studies. An education major has been presented to the Education Department of the state of Kansas for approval.

Guthrie Public Library in Guthrie, OK, contracts with Auto-Graphics for a Hosted License implementation of AGent VERSO™ to provide a complete integrated library system (ILS) replacement for its legacy Follett system. Guthrie Public Library serves the residents of Logan County, Oklahoma. The library was established in 1903 and currently serves approximately 9,500 registered library card holders. The service implementation involved the migration and authority control of approximately 26,000 bibliographic records; item and patron information from the legacy system to the new web-based AGent VERSO ILS. The library has fully implemented the Web-based OPAC (including enhanced Syndetics Solutions bibliographic content), circulation modules, cataloging and administrative features available in AGent VERSO. Implementation of AGent VERSO also provides the opportunity for the patrons of this city library to more seamlessly participate in and benefit from state-wide Oklahoma resource sharing initiatives.

Richland Township Library of Vestaburg, Michigan contracts with Auto-Graphics for AGent Verso ASP services. The library will be using the Cataloging and Circulation modules of the web-based, Verso integrated Library system in order to build their bibliographic and patron databases. The library's collection consists of approximately 37,000 items, and serves a population of approximately 3,000. The library is a member of the Mid-Michigan Library League.

Colon Township Library, located in southern Michigan, goes live with AGent Verso ASP. The library migrated from a standalone AmLib system to a completely web-based integrated library system. Colon residents will enjoy the ability to access their library's resources 24/7, to search, place reserves, and renew their materials. All bibliographic, item and patron records were transferred from the AmLib system to the Verso ASP system. The library is a member of the Woodlands Library Cooperative. Veterans Administration Medical Center in Lebanon, PA, contracts with Auto-Graphics for AGent Verso ASP services. The Center provides a wide range of general and specialty outpatient programs. The library's catalog provides access to some 7000 titles and includes a patron file of about 2800 entries.

Hackettstown Free Public Library in Hackettstown, NJ, contracts with Auto-Graphics for AGent VERSO ASP services to provide a complete ILS replacement for its legacy Dynix system. Hackettstown is located in located in the Musconetcong River valley in Northwest New Jersey. This VERSO service implementation involved the migration of approximately 40,000 bibliographic records; item and patron information from the legacy system to the new web-based VERSO ILS. The library has fully implemented Web-based OPAC, circulation modules, cataloging and administrative features available in VERSO. For the first time, the residents of Hackettstown will enjoy 24/7 remote access to the holdings of their town library, and the staff of the Hackettstown Free Public Library can take advantage of a full-featured, easy-to-use library automation solution. Auto-Graphics' ASP solution also removes the burden of IT and system support from the small library staff. Implementation of AGent VERSO also provides the opportunity for the patrons of this town library to more seamlessly participate in and benefit from state-wide New Jersey resource sharing initiatives.
Auto-Graphics Unveils Enhanced Features of Industry-Leading Federated Search Solution
Janet Carlson Calvert Library in Franklin, CT, contracts with Auto-Graphics for AGent VERSO™ ASP services to provide a complete ILS system for the start-up of a brand new library. Franklin was one of the few remaining communities in Connecticut that lacked a town library. The library is initially using the cataloging module to build a bibliographic database of approximately 30,000 items. The Web-based OPAC, circulation modules, and administrative features will be implemented to provide the residents of Franklin and the staff of the Janet Carlson Calvert Library with a full-featured library automation solution. Implementation of AGent VERSO will also provide the opportunity for this small town library to fully participate in statewide Connecticut resource sharing initiatives.
