ONTARIO, Calif. — May 5, 2015 — Agent Information Software, Inc. (AIS), today reported a net income of $85,401 for the quarter ended March 31, 2015, up $165,446 over first quarter 2014 losses. The net income exceeded the forecast for the first quarter by $24,574 or 40%. Net sales for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 were $1,207,098, which met the forecast and were up $157,217 or 15% from $1,049,881 for the same period last year, due to the increase of recurring revenues.

The VERSO contract awards in the first quarter were comprised of two major target public libraries in California and Indiana, as well as a special library in Washington. Sales of SHAREit, Auto‐Graphics' interlibrary loan software, started the year strong as we added an eleventh state to our ILL statewide portfolio. The Health Sciences Libraries Consortium (HSLC) and Access PA, on behalf of the Pennsylvania Office of Commonwealth Libraries selected SHAREit as their ILL system of choice. Access PA is one of the most involved statewide resource sharing systems in the country with over 2500 Public, Academic, School, and Special libraries participating.
