• Software as a Service (SaaS) Delivery Method– this model is tailored for small to medium libraries without the capital and staff to run a library automation system on their own. Covers system setup and implementation of software, including all necessary outsourced host facilities management, hardware, software and communications. Benefits include:

  • All product upgrades are free; corrections or enhancements are immediately available to all users

• Hosted License – this unique, hybrid pricing model allows libraries to make an initial capital investment while avoiding the IT and administrative support required to run the system locally. Comprises a perpetual software license and system setup and implementation of software, including all necessary outsourced host facilities management, hardware, software and communications.
  
  
• License – this model is geared towards larger libraries that can afford an initial capital investment and have the IT and administrative staff to run the system themselves. Comprises a perpetual software license.
