The AGent application runs on a standard browser for both the staff and the end-user applications, with no “client” to download. This flexible delivery method reduces time and cost for the library and offers both staff and end-users alike the flexibility to access all resources and administrative functions from any computer with a connection to the internet.

Software as a Service (SaaS) Delivery Method– This model is tailored for small to medium sized institutions without the capital and staff to run a system internally. This model covers system setup and implementation of software, including all necessary outsourced host facilities management, hardware, software and communications. Benefits include:

Hosted License – This unique, hybrid pricing model allows customers to make an initial capital investment while avoiding the IT and administrative support required to run the system locally. Comprises a perpetual software license and system setup and implementation of software, including all necessary outsourced host facilities management, hardware, software and communications.
License – This model is geared towards larger institutions that have the budget for or that may already have in place the IT and administrative resources to run the system internally. Comprises a perpetual software license.
